Job mission

As a part of our User Acquisition team, you will work on our Real-time Bidding solution with Machine Learning and data-driven insights at its core. Our team mission is to architect and pioneer a new bidding algorithm in a rapid-growth and highly-shapable stage from the ground up.

Job responsibilities

• Team Collaboration for User Growth: Partner with product managers, backend engineers, and operation team to transform business requirements into data-driven strategies. Focus on user growth and engagement.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to derive insights and guide strategic decisions. Promote a culture where data is at the heart of decision-making.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the advertising industry’s trends and use data analysis to challenge existing practices and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Project Management: Lead data science projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.

Job requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a data scientist, and must have more than 2 years of expertise in User Acquisition or Real-time Bidding domain.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and other analytical tools. Must be adept at conducting independent data analysis on live experiments.
• Bidding Algorithm Knowledge: Solid understanding of the development, deployment, and optimization of bidding algorithms, especially in User Acquisition contexts.
• Experimentation: Extensive experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing the results of A/B tests and other online experiments to refine product offerings and strategies.
