Job mission
At Remerge, we are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to oversee our global marketing efforts. This role focuses on driving country-specific GTM plans, improving demand generation KPIs, and optimising performance against budgets. You will guide the integration of account-based marketing and branded initiatives, direct website optimisation for quality traffic and conversions, and ensure cohesive, trend-aligned marketing assets across all outputs.

Job responsibilities
- Oversee the development of country-specific GTM channel plans that align with local market conditions, partner dynamics, and strategic objectives. Ensure consistent improvement of demand generation KPIs, aligning performance with budget increases
- Guide collaborative GTM planning efforts for product lines, ensuring integration with partners and strategic collaborators
- Lead the introduction of account-based marketing programs, large-scale branded marketing initiatives, and lead-generation channels
- Direct the optimisation of website development to ensure high conversion. Own and optimise the rest of the marketing tool stack
- Ensure brand design remains cohesive, trend-aligned, and tailored to various outputs, with a focus on introducing modern, interactive digital assets
- Actively develop team members and foster a culture of innovation
