Job Mission

The Senior Adops Manager role involves managing the region’s key accounts and ensuring the success and growth of the region’s accounts. This role focuses on the region’s Tier 1 & 2 accounts, long-term account strategies, deep data analysis, and facilitating regular information exchange across teams within the region. The successful execution of this role is expected to foster team collaboration, drive increased productivity, and have a positive impact within the region

Job Responsibilities

  • Setup and manage top-tier advertisers campaigns.
  • Serve as the first-level support for the region's Ad Operations & Revenue teams, escalating to second-level support when necessary.
  • Be the go to person for any technical related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, AM, Product, Development) to contribute to long-term account strategies in alignment with regional goals and global standards.
  • Work to improve ad delivery through process and product enhancements.
  • Conduct analysis for campaign strategy improvement and optimization of campaign performance and scale.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and discrepancies requests, maintain performance reporting
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities for strategic planning.

Job Requirements

                          • You bring 3+ years of experience in retargeting, digital marketing, AdTech
                          • You have excellent technical understanding of digital advertising technologies (real-time bidding, supply side platforms, demand side platforms, mobile measurement platforms, deep-linking)
                          • You enjoy working in a team
                          • You can work independently and initiate your own projects
                          • You are a problem solver with strong analytical skills, experience with SQL, CLI will be a plus
                          • Fluent English is a must; business level in Chinese will be a plus
                          • You are holding a valid work permit for China
