Job mission

As a Sales Enablement Strategy Lead, you will be the driving force behind our Sales team’s success. Your tactical insights and hands-on guidance are set to sophisticate our overall sales approach and nurture the skills of our Sales team.

Job responsibilities

  • Build a logic for target lists segmentation and prioritisation for sellers:
    • Define prospect segmentation parameters
    • Establish prioritisation proxies and scoring within the segments
  • Implement guidelines, inspection, and mentoring mechanisms to improve engagement and win rates:
    • Develop sales guidelines tailored to different prospect segments
    • Introduce an account engagement plan template with practical steps to build strategic pitches
    • Establish monthly deal inspection, ideation and feedback mechanism to facilitate practice adaptation and develop strong account engagement plans
    • Organise individual and collective soft skill training sessions
  • Build a robust onboarding program for new sellers

Job requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in direct sales or sales enablement
  • Extensive knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills to lead training sessions, deliver engaging presentations, and effectively communicate ideas to various stakeholders
  • Strong leadership capabilities to motivate, guide, and mentor the sales team
  • A deep understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs
  • Passion for coaching and developing individuals to achieve their full potential
