Job Mission

In this role, the student will not only gain valuable knowledge from an experienced team but will also actively contribute to key financial processes. They will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while developing insights that influence business strategy. As they progress, the students will take ownership of creating reports and dashboards that drive critical decision-making, playing an integral role in supporting the company’s financial growth and success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, with guidance and support from the FP&A team.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities for different business units, learning both bottom-up and top-down planning processes.
  • Regularly update and enhance PowerBI dashboards to monitor business performance and key metrics, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and month-end reporting, with opportunities to lead certain aspects of the process.
  • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc requests, while proactively identifying key trends and insights.
  • Assist with data cleaning processes and ensure accuracy across all financial data, while driving improvements in data handling.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, both within the FP&A team and across finance functions.
  • Help identify areas for process improvement within the team, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Affinity to work with numbers and an eagerness to learn financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerBI or other BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the financial field.
  • A proactive, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
